Paul (Big Talk, Working Title, Universal Pictures 2011)

For the blu-ray release of Simon and Nick’s brilliant sci-fi comedy I interviewed nearly 100 VFX artists from Double Negative, who had collaborated to bring the titular alien character to life. Working with Nira Park and team Big Talk once again, I produced ‘The Evolution of Paul’ featurette with editor Paul Trewatha - a detailed look at the huge team working behind the scenes to create the fully realised CGI character. The special feature included on set footage from Lance Bangs, interviews with director Greg Mottola, the filmmakers and the cast, including Seth Rogan, the voice of Paul himself.
